What the firm is

Beautyandhealthco is a financial analytics and management reporting practice established in Singapore in 2026. The firm exists to do one thing: take accounting data and operational exports, reconcile them, and publish a reporting set that an owner-manager or board can use on a stated calendar. The products are a monthly pack, a rolling cash view and a driver-based model. The method is written down so the same close can be repeated by a later analyst.

Work is sold as fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagements. A diagnostic review produces a gap list. A reporting build produces the pack, the cash view and the definitions register. A retainer operates the calendar after go-live. None of those formats includes licensed advisory. The disclaimer is carried in the footer of every page because the niche sits next to finance: Beautyandhealthco delivers analytics, modelling and reporting services. We are not a licensed financial adviser and we do not provide investment, tax or legal advice.

The firm writes impersonally on purpose. Deliverables are documents, models and calendars. They are not personalities. Clients are not named on this site. Engagement patterns on the home page are labelled as illustrative. Figures we publish on a client pack can be traced back to a source ledger. Figures we do not have, we do not invent for marketing.

Operating principles

Write the definition first

Build waits for a signed metric register. A model that starts before the definition of contribution is settled will have to be rebuilt, and the rebuild will be charged as a change.

Hold the calendar

T+4 is a working-day stamp with a freeze at T+2. Late files have a written treatment. The pack is held if a reconciliation control fails, unless the client decision-maker accepts the fail in writing.

One source for each figure

Channel pages, cash views and the P&L read the same mapped fields. Duplicate calculations are defects. The change log records the first pack version that uses a new rule.

Show the gap

Where a source is incomplete, the pack shows a gap. Filled cells without a source are treated as errors. Forecasts are scenarios on stated assumptions, not predictions.

How we are organised

Work is split across three roles. Analysts extract files, apply maps and draft the pack and the cash view. Reviewers rete the pack to the ledger, check the commentary against the three-question standard, and confirm that version stamps match. A documented review step sits between draft and issue. Nothing is published to a board without that step. The same person may not extract and sign the same pack. Names of individuals are not listed on this site. The statement of work names the roles that will staff the engagement and the working-day hours they cover.

Data handling

Enquiry data from the website is described in the privacy notice. During engagements we prefer client-owned systems. Working copies are held only for the project and deleted on close. NDAs are signed on request. Access, correction and deletion requests for website enquiries go to hello@beautyandhealthco.pro. We do not sell data. Processors for this site are the hosting provider, Google Fonts and the Google Maps embed on the contact page.

What we do not do

We do not provide bookkeeping or post to the ledger. We do not perform statutory audit. We do not file tax or give tax advice. We do not give investment or legal advice. We do not write bonus schemes or performance claims linked to unpublished operating results. We do not take regulated fund management, insurance underwriting or personal wealth work.
